You can't see them in this picture, but the shore of the large island is covered with hundreds of sea lions, and most of the other rocks have a dozen or so seals on them.

This is a swimming beach, in a protected cove with a reef out front. About a dozen people, mostly school-age children were in the water. Water temp this week is about 49 degrees!
