Our-Adventure > Phil Gordon -- "Dr. Phil" -- giving me a poker checkup. He has a great sense of humor and is an excellent instructor in classroom and personal settings.
Our-Adventure > There were several pros in attendance who weren't part of the camp staff. I met Eric Bloore, AKA "Blue", a really nice guy and an excellent poker player. Blue finished 9th in PLO event #19 of the 2005 WSOP.
Our-Adventure > Matt Savage, the world's foremost tournament director, ran all our events. Here he presides over the final table of the $40k event.
Our-Adventure > Construction of the second tower at the Palms Casino.
